About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Fusion Business Systems Analyst with deep experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, leading the design, configuration, and optimization of HCM modules and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and end-to-end implementation for Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Talent.
Configure and support modules including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, Learning Cloud (OLC), and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
Develop detailed BRDs, functional specs, configuration workbooks, and process documentation.
Conduct and lead CRP, UAT, and training workshops for business users.
Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations (e.g., using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)) and data migration (HDL/HSDL).
Create custom reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL.
Support payroll compliance, benefits configuration, and full payroll cycle activities including costing and GL integration.
Implement and optimize approval workflows, security roles, and segregation of duties in Oracle Cloud.
Troubleshoot post-implementation issues and provide ongoing production support.
Must-Have Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant.
Proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
Strong expertise in at least 3 of the following: Core HR, Payroll, ORC, Learning Cloud, Talent/Performance Management, Absence Management.
Solid experience in reporting (OTBI, BIP), data conversion, and security configuration.
Familiarity with Canadian payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience working with stakeholders across business and IT to translate needs into technical solutions.
Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle HCM Certifications (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, ORC, Learning Cloud).
Experience with third-party systems such as UKG, Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, ADP, etc.
Background in PeopleSoft, SAP, or legacy HCM platforms.
Knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Agile delivery models.
Post-secondary education in Information Technology, HRIS, or Business Administration.
