Transform HR Operations with AI-Driven Innovation
As an AI Engineer, you will lead the technical development of an AI-powered HR process automation solution. Initially, you’ll focus on pay anomaly detection and SLA monitoring, leveraging the integration of Fuel iX with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and Oracle CRM. As the solution evolves, you will extend it to other AI-driven HR automation processes. You’ll work at the intersection of HR technology, AI, and enterprise systems integration, driving efficiency internally and unlocking external revenue opportunities through commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement HR process automation solutions on the Fuel iX platform
Develop and optimize pay anomaly detection algorithms using PeopleSoft data
Develop and optimize SLA monitoring algorithms using CRM data
Build secure integrations between Fuel iX, PeopleSoft, and CRM systems
Implement privacy-compliant data handling processes
Assist in technical architecture design and implementation
Conduct performance optimization and security testing
Create technical documentation and training materials
Support client onboarding and system deployment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in API integration and implementation
Proven expertise with the Fuel iX platform
Strong background in HR analytics and HRIS systems
Experience with CRM and PeopleSoft systems and integrations
In-depth understanding of data privacy and security compliance
Technical Skills:
Expertise in AI and the Fuel iX platform
API development and integration
Data encryption and security protocols
Performance optimization
Testing and quality assurance
Nice to Have:
HRIS certification or relevant experience
Bilingual (English/French)
Experience with HR compliance and regulations
Previous experience in HR technology consulting
