About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading professional services organization supporting large-scale digital and workforce transformation initiatives across North America. As part of their rapidly growing People and Workforce Advisory practice, they are seeking Senior Consultants with deep experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Workforce Dimensions) to join their team.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about combining strategic thinking with hands-on configuration, implementation, and change enablement in complex environments such as healthcare, manufacturing, or public sector domains.
What You'll Do
Lead UKG Pro WFM implementation and enhancement projects, including Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling modules
Conduct gap analysis and provide solution recommendations tailored to client business needs
Configure complex requirements within UKG Pro WFM and support integration with broader HCM/ERP systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business process optimization, documentation, testing, and deployment
Act as a subject matter expert throughout the full implementation lifecycle—requirements gathering, configuration, testing (UAT), go-live, and post-deployment support
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
Participate in internal capability building and client proposal development
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service aligned with business goals
Travel occasionally as needed (estimated up to 30%)
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years of consulting or client-facing project experience
2–5 years of UKG Pro WFM implementation experience
Certification in UKG Advanced Scheduling, Timekeeping, or Integration (preferred)
Strong understanding of WFM lifecycle, solution design, and testing strategies
Experience working in healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries
Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, document business processes, and deliver tailored configuration
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Project management experience is an asset
Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity with a proactive mindset
