About the Role
We’re hiring an AI Scheduling Automation Specialist to join our client’s fast-growing digital transformation team.
This role focuses on developing and deploying AI-driven scheduling and workflow automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual coordination, and enhance overall team productivity.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI workflow tools, calendar integration, and natural language automation, and is excited about using technology to streamline operations for large enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AI-based scheduling systems to automate meeting coordination, shift planning, and resource allocation.
Integrate AI solutions with existing HR, payroll, and project management systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
Utilize NLP models to interpret natural-language scheduling requests from emails, chat, or voice.
Create automation scripts or workflows using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, or custom Python scripts.
Optimize algorithms to handle time-zone logic, availability conflicts, and priority rules.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless rollout, adoption, and ongoing performance improvement.
Analyze usage data to continuously enhance the automation’s accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow development, or intelligent scheduling systems.
Strong background in Python, RPA tools, or low-code automation platforms.
Familiarity with APIs for Google Calendar, Outlook, or enterprise HR systems.
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP models, and chatbot integrations.
Experience deploying AI solutions in HR, scheduling, or operations environments is a major plus.
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI assistants, chatbots, or voice-activated scheduling tools.
Prior exposure to AI in HR transformation projects (e.g., workforce planning, meeting automation, or leave management).
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for scheduling analytics.
